The following two documents, prepared and submitted by David Bell's Qualified Medical Examiner (QME), DR NG for the Workers' Compensation case of David Bell CLEARLY shows there is indeed RISKS associated with being around Bacillus Subtilis (FOUND ON NUMEROUS PATENTS ISSUED TO AGRAQUEST, INC. BY THE UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE AS WELL AS INTERNATIONAL PATENTS).
•DR NG STATES: "Nonetheless, he had no history of requiring any surgery until his work at AgraQuest, Inc. It is therefore within medical probability that his exposure at work has aggravated his allergic rhinitis which in turn exacerbated his sinusitis resulting in the need for surgery in 1/99."

Please see the DAVID BELL BACTERIA/FUNGUS-AQRAQUEST CONNECTIONS for verification of pathogenic (disease producing) bacteria and fungus and the well documented links to these pathogens being in the Agraquest workplace.
Additionally, Agraquest not only searches for bacteria and fungus to be used in the place of chemical pesticides, insecticides, fungicides etc, they also tested pathogens (bacteria and fungus) found on and/or in plants and insects at the Agraquest lab. These plant and insect "diseases" also cause disease in humans.
Please see the diseases which have been well documented to have been the result from exposure to these bacteria and fungus in; Disease From Bacteria & Fungus In Agraquest Workplace
•The "√ " after the "medical condition" relates to David's health AFTER he was exposed to "known" human pathogens that were in Agraquest's workplace environment.
