RE:  ENVIRONMENTAL RELEASE OF CERTAIN GENETICALLY ENGINEERED (GE) ORGANISMS and PROPOSED RULE FOR BIOTECHNOLOGY REGULATIONS

NOTE:  Although APHIS received the 2/23/2009 letter from Trend on 2/27/2009, it was because United States President Obama had contacted them that the USDA replied to Trend; ALMOST 10 MONTHS AFTER RECEIPT OF HER LETTER.
