DAVID BELL BACTERIA/FUNGS-AQRAQUEST CONNECTIONS

E-mail Print PDF

UPDATED: For an easier "read" of the connections to the Bacteria and Fungi that has tested "positive" in David Bell and the cross-over infections from Plants, Soil and Insects to Humans; click→ HERE. You may have questions as to "why" there were no cultures done on Bell before 2002... to find out the reasons why it is believed this was never done click→ HERE .

The following "chart" will link you to the actual references on the internet.

Can there be any question of the Occupational Exposure sustained by David Bell as a result of employment at Agraquest (AQ)?

•Nine (9) bacteria and fungus testing positive in David Bell are in fact listed as being a "target" pathogen in AQ's United States Patent 6,004,774 alone.

NOTE; Agraquest scientists signed away their interests rights to United States Patent 6,004,774 [filed with the United States Patent office on 11/25/1998] beginning 1/22/1999 through 1/26/1999, four days after David Bell sought emergency medical care on 1/18/1999.  Pamela Gail Marrone, founder of Agraquest is listed as " FIRST NAMED INVENTOR " on this patent.

United States patent 6,004,774 (formerly U. S. Patent #5,753,222) is the Bacillus Subtiis strain "AQ 153" discovered by George Vandemark. [DOCUMENT FOUND HERE (go to 2nd page)]  This is NOT the same strain of Agraquest's Bacillus Subtiis "QST 713" that was found in a Fresno, California peach orchard by an Agraquest scientist.

All of the bacteria and fungus testing positive in David are linked to David Bell's workplace exposure at Agraquest.

Newsflash

NOT all forms of Histoplasmosis are curable as can be found within the CDC, NIOSH just to name a few.  It has been well documented in numerous scientific publications that the disease Histoplasmosis (caused by Histoplasma Capsulateum) can indeed be and has been fatal to humans.

Histoplasma is NOT only (found) caused by bat guano or bird droppings.  It is well known this fungi is found in soil as well
